What should taxpayer's money be used for
What should taxpayer's money be used for if not to help taxpayers? I don't know much about the Chicago-based Heartland Institute but my guess is that it's major function is to help support big business. So surprise! It says "it is no secret or surprise that public provision of services tends to be less efficient in the long run than private provision." How much more money will the common taxpayer have to pay for broadband?
