RFID royalties suspended for testing

I just wondering what will happen after the 60 day period

In fact the Intermec Intellectual Property issue has delayed the Next Gen2 standard from EPC that was expected to be released at the time of the Baltimore conference two months ago.
This 60 day period will give some breath, but what is really important is how this agreement between EPC and Intermec will end.
Two important pieces of the RFID puzzle ( Standards and Tag cost ) rely on this pending issue in order to allow RFID technology widespread.
