What Broadband?
Many European customers can get 10 MB Internet connections for less than I pay my cable company for 1.5 MB (on a good day).

We need a regulation on what can even be called broadband. I guarantee you that the pitiful 256k - 3MB offerings from cable and dsl companies in the U.S. don't qualify.
