So you don't argue that a mortal set of parents
raising a none God like child threw all the various problems of
disease, diaper patrol, keeping the growing child healthy so
working one's buttocks off to get health care and food on the
table, and then fighting to keep the teenager healthy and well
eductated and sacrificing just about everything to afford Colege
and then having that child die in some accident caused by a
drunk driver (not the child..cause he/she was raised well) is
indeed more tragic than a God like being who knows his/her
destiney and it is a fantastic purpose (if you beleive that is) and
the farther ie God knowing right from thte start what is going to
happen anyway is well a far less compelling story?

I think I see far more clearly if you think you can even attempt to
argue the difference between the two with the Jesus story
coming out on top of the old tragic and heart breaking end of
the deal.

Oh and I for one would NEVER ask that kind of sacrifice from
anyone for my own self interrests. So please don't tell me it was
done for me, I don't matter, and I could never ask that of anyone
regardless of the concequences to myelf.
