I think the FCC made the right choice her. It's kind of scary telling SBC and the other bells that they don't have to share their fiber lines. It does pose a problem with them becoming a monopoly but there are other things in the article that will help provent that from happening. But what this will allow them to do is to install better and more fiber and not have to worry about loosing money because they have to give it to someone else who didn't pay for any of it. And you all that are complaining that this will raise the price of high speed internet are wronge. That's why they also release that the are going to allow BPL. Now there will be 3 options for highspeed internet and the bells won't have a chance if they jack up the price.
