Sounds like the whining of a have not.
Sorry to be so blunt but you seem to be whining that you are limited and in some fashion that is "unfair". Well, here's a clue, life is NOT fair.

You seem to be all for *someone* else making investments, but you are opposed to them making real money on that investment. You are against patents, you are against allowing the person that invests in a communication system setting their own agenda, you are against Microsoft making profits, you are against, well, anyone that makes more than you can or ever will.

To put it bluntly, your life sucks and you are jealous of everyone else not limited to your social or economic status. As I said, life isn't fair, there is no free lunch, and you need to wake up to those facts.
