I'm talking about
the fact that the "one company" is a government sanctioned monopoly which virtually blocks out any "wanna be providers". Cable television is in the same boat. No competition = excessive fees to the end user.

Hint: Either allow all providers to buy into the wiring, or force the monopoly to share the wiring.
