What a joke! Powell should be fired.... NOW!

Translation: "Our plan is to make sure the monopolistic phone companies can rip people off. We are taking great care to insure they have no competition and that only high income households will be able to afford high speed internet."

It's no wonder that Europe and other countries have far better (and cheaper) internet service than the US.
