No WiFi in chip...
Can you imagine the security issues of WiFi on the chip? As it is, most home users don't activate any security measures on their acces points (WEP, etc...). I think that having it integrated on the chip with only make this problem worse.

Also, IT shops are having a hard enough time keeping rouge AP's off the corporate network. Again, this can only make the problem worse. It is just too difficult to control when the capability is at someone'w fingertips. At least currently, the user has to go out and BUY an AP before it can be installed.
