Now when you spend 25 years and build your business and get to the point your about ready to pull the pin, you can spend your days as you like.

As I have explained repeatedly, I am no longer involved in the day to day stuff and instead spend my time pretty much as I want. That's the great part of hiring great people and explaining to them exactlly what is expected of them. Heck, on average I am in the office less than 10 hours a week.
