you seem to spend your entire day online, posting to talkback, based on the sheer volume, frequency, and timing of your posts.

if we are to take you at your word, you are a business owner and you set a hard line with your employees that they better not goof off on your time.

however, a good leader leads by example. what would you do to one of your employees if they followed your example and spent their entire days posting online to talkbacks?

by your own word, they would be out the door. thus, you do not set a good example. whether you are entitled in your position to do it or not, the fact remains you are not a good example.

unless, of course, the *real* nature of the business you run is to do exactly that - spend the day posting.

makes one think.
