So if someone made false claims
that the product your company produces resulted in the accidental death of 10,000 people, you would just shrug your shoulders and write it off to "marketing"?

I see alot of comcast commercials attacking fios but haven't heard anything about verizon going after Comcast

Well, If you watch the commercials, they never made false claims to Fios needing satalite dishes or not offering phone service.

As for Verizon is on it's way out the door, well, you should really start following the industry.

The only reason these cable companies are advertising as hard as they are these days is an indication that Verizon is taking their customers away. The Cable monopolies never had to in the past before now.
