Not A Direct Threat
Unless there is a direct threat made in one of those text messages toward person or property, what business does the government have taking a widespread list of our personal information? Singling out the criminal is how it would have been done in a constitutional government. Otherwise we are all suspect until proven innocent. I don't think that is how it is written. I Don't think that was what our nation's founders had in mind.
