- This is the kind of stuff that Sprint is trying to fix. Send an email to dan@sprint.com. Give him an earfull, but be specific. That should get you the attention you deserve. I am a 30 year employee of Sprint and we are now refocused in not letting problems go this far without resolution. The article is about pay incentives, but it is not just the sales force, it is all of us. We have been asked to take personal ownership of resolving problems. We even have an Employees helping customers program that allows us to take a complaint and get it fixed! I hope it is not too late to save you as a customer.
