- Another unhappy 20 year customer - trapped bty Sprint!

I agree with their strong-arm, deceitful, non-responsive tactics -- what I recommend and plan to do is to write to the new CEO (think his name is Mr. Hessig?) who is doing the nice friendly Spring TV commercials now and let him know that I've been a loyal customer for 20+ years and also plan to drop asap (without paying an arm and a leg) because their people who harrass you to switch and get other of their phones/equipment and what a good deal it is, lie and then when you try to return or cancel, they say TOO LATE! or pay up to stop ($200). We are a 2 person household and they have me listed w/4 lines/phones, and charge for a shared line on a phone that no longer exists -- this is a fair business practice?!??? Anyway, I intend to write Mr. Hessig a friendly informative letter requesting immediate fair service and treatment. REMEMBER, it trickles DOWN, NOT UP!! If you complaint to the person you call in customer service or who calls you, the ones at the top NEVER hear about it. But if you let the ones at the top know (with a copy to the FCC) something might happen!
