RE: Sprint pay incentives aim to slow cancellations
I've been a Sprint customer for 6 yr. My '2-yr contract' will run out sometime in Dec 2008 -- I think. It keeps moving out. My phone is terrible at dropping calls and this 'old' phone is supposed to be the culprit. I travel all over the US and not always in the big city. There's no service in my new town of 40,000, but AT&T and Verizon find it beneficial to be here. I would drop the 2-yr clause and allow the same price discounts for old as well as new customers.
