Easy fix.

Sprint would keep a lot of customers if they allowed out of contract customers to take advantage of new customer offers. My rates doubled at the end of my 1-year commitment. I was considered ?out of contract? and their monthly rates applied.

I was willing to sign a 3-year commitment if I got the new customer monthly rate offer, but they would not give it to me. So I walked without having to pay any ?early termination fees? and they only got one month of the higher rate out of me.

They lost a loyal customer instead of locking me in for another 3 years. Just plain stupid.
