RE: Sprint pay incentives aim to slow cancellations
If Sprint cared about American customers enough they would not have moved their customer service call center overseas. All the people that you talk to have an accent and if you do not understand every word they get upset at you. That is not the way to keep your customers. Plus, they need to have a uniformity in training. Where everyone is on the same page. Yesterday, I was talking to the customer service on the phone who told me to go to the store 30 mins away. I went to the store and the lady that greeted me at the store was arguing with me that I couldn't do what the people on the phone told me to do. So, customer service is 100% important. So is having good service! If they could get a handle on that they would be a good company not losing 30 billion dollars. I think that it's gotten so out of control that there is no way that they will recover. In short-- Customer is always right. Don't argue with that.
