Bonuses for salespeople will only serve to annoy users just as AOL tried to do and failed miserably.
FIX the abysmal customer service issues and constant billing errors instead of attempting to strong arm customers into staying by huge early termination fees and bonuses for the same managers who created the customer service system nightmare.
