RE: Sprint pay incentives aim to slow cancellations
Sprint is losing customers because they (1) have no customer service and (2) frequently have no SERVICE. That's right, folks, they sell service in areas they don't even provide service, and then tell customers that they should've read the fine print -- get REAL, Sprint. You're verging on RICO now.
