Not Surprising
AT&T and other such corporations aren't pro-American, they're pro-profit. It's all about the money. Look at Intel, they spent a billion dollars building the world's most advanced semiconductor fabrication plant in.... China. They abandoned Silicon Valley, falsely claiming their aren't enough educated people in America to staff their facilities. All the while stating the US government (ie. US taxpayer) should fund their product research. What nonsense. It's all about employing labor at the lowest cost possible to create maxium profit.
