the 41 percent that are not satisfied with the iPhone.

Sorry, but here, on your rationale that would I and others listen to this? It's been said in various ways over the years. Yet many can't see it sounds as though your are implying that the issue is on "our end" and not the 41% of the Apple users who believe as you do, yet are still not satisfied with the iPhone.

You make it sound as though only those who are "smart enough" to appriciate what it is should purchase the iPhone.
