Warrants are required, not changes to Constitution
In order to intercept private communications warrants, not subpoenas, are required. In
this case they most likely would have been granted due to probable cause and stupid
criminals anyway. As for changing the constitution, I wouldn't trust todays' politicians
to do that either.
