some miss the big picture
Some people just don't see the obvious problems. They all say 'I'm not breaking the law so I have nothing to worry about'. They dont' realize the problems with that attitude. Our forefathers were not stupid and knew that the government had to be kept in check or else power would be abused. I also find it hard to believe that a judge would think that allowing a prosecutor to sign a subpoena for this information is sufficient.
