I THINK THAT THE COST OF COMMUNICATION VIA LANDLINE AND MOBILE PHONES IS TOO HIGH AND ANY REDUCTION TO THOSE COSTS WOULD BE WELCOMED BY THE CONSUMER.IF YOU SATISFY THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS,THEN HE/SHE WILL BE MORE WILLING TO DO REPEAT BUSINESS WITH THAT SERVICE PROVIDER.
