With the Bush administration history, I doubt the winning bidder will be allowed to take the air. The < 1 Ghz spectrum represents a public commons that has and will continue to be fundamental to prosperity and wellbeing in the USA. Think about interstate commerce. I consider any US based bidder a traitor as well as all who support the bidding. The airwaves in this spectrum should not be privatized. In fact other countries will be nationalizing these airwaves.
