They are not doing well in the public safety market either. Many questionable business practices such as selling vaporware (two-way radios and base stations) that can't be demonstrated, yet blind brand loyalty has been winning them no-bid, sole-source contracts that are very costly for local governments and troublesome to execute cleanly without cost over-runs.
