Too expensive for most (99%) of people to justify the cost; therefore, it will die a quick death like it did before.

That's why he said he was disappointed to see that American plans to charge $12.95 for the service.

"I think they'd see a substantially higher take-up rate if they priced it at $9.95," he said.

How about 4.95? Or 2.95? Or 1.95?

These guys don't get it, and neither will anyone on the plane.
