Comcast has admitted to using Sandvine technology
The fact that Comcast is flip flopping between "No we're not blocking any traffic at all" and "We're limiting some traffic with technology provided by Sandvine to ensure all customers get equal quality service" is quite interesting, I'm glad that the government has finally decided to investigate this whole fiasco so that we can finally put this issue to rest.
