Well duh
despite not wanting to admit it, cell phone users who drive at the same time are less attuned to proper driving, less defensive and aware of traffic conditions surrounding them, less likely to be considerate of other commuters, pedestrians and bikers, and as multi-taskers go, prone to doing more than 1 thing while driving irregardless of it being a cell phone in question. Here, they outlawed teens driving and cell phoning at the same time, . . . hypocrites, they should have made it across the board without preference to age. If its important, the call can be made at a same pull off, or at least be the hands free model to free up a driving hand or a burger hand.

And on a funnier note, it's fun to watch a cell phone gabber take 1 to 2 minutes to parallel park when it may take an equally skilled no cell phone parker less than a 1 to properly park and go.
