Verizon should not be deregulated
I don't think this is right. When a group of decision makers are deadlocked it does not mean that the action in question is acceptable, no it means that the action in question is controversial and requires much more time then normal to be determined. If anything the rule should be changed from an automatic acceptance to a automatic denial IMO. Verizon being deregulated is not good, this means that their customers now will be at the financial wrath of the phone company and the phone company has no legal boundaries for what it can do. Major utilities should never be deregulated IMO as already they have too much power and that power must be legally regulated for the sake of consumer satisfaction and the ability for consumers to continue to have choices when looking for a provider for a service they want to have.
