There will be packages for everybody. You will be able to pay a hefty fee
for a very fast connection and no advertising (other than advertising you encounter on the Internet in general). But, Google is king of search partly because they ONLY do non-obtrusive text ads. They will NOT do anything obtrusive even for the free service.
