Qualcomm Guilty of 'Litigation Misconduct and Concealment'
The head legal at Qualcomm has left the building. The US has had enough. Unfortunately the Supreme court of the state of Washington under influence from Neukom, former head legal of Microsoft, and soon former president of the American Bar Association, allows trans national big business executives to be put on the stand even when the heal legal knows or has the expectation that the executive will lie. That is what Neukom did with Bill Gates. Litigation Misconduct should result in jail time let alone disbarment. We get neither in the USA. How goes it in the EU?
