I doubt it would fail from company culture
If their attitude follows what Google has done historically, I doubt
that they'd have any troubles getting people excited to work with
them.

Their role is different than being a search engine but what they
bring to the table is the same - a clever and positive new
approach to assisting people.. and of particular interest is that
they've done this without the major corporate tiffs that these big
companies seem to get into.
