Your argument falls apart...

Ummm, and how is that the fault of the PAYING customers? Short answer, it isn't. the ISP over sold his resources.

"If you want 10Mbps then pay for it."

I see no one saying anything like that. What I do see is people saying they want what they have PAID for at the leveles PROMISED by the ISPs.

"I have yet to hear anyone who is complaining state what their "paid for" bandwidth is, what they pay and if they would be willing to pay for a higher rate."

Again, why should anyone PAY for a higher rate when they are not recieving what they have already paid for. I mean if I buy a dozen egs and there is only 8 in the package, I don't go back to the same store and order 3 dozen eggs.


Hmm, the nic "wisp" suggests you are a wireless internet service provider. Is that true? If so are you too feeling the effects of having over promised and over allocated available resourses? Sure sounds like a wisp that invested their pennies in WiFI and have hit the wall on what the hardware can do and now are looking at throwing it all away and starting over...
