Cattle, yes for the most part
But there's always a rag-tag few gummin' up the works. IED makers, oil pipeline saboteurs, saboteurs in general for that matter, suicide bombers, and let's not forget those Kurds up North stirrin' up trouble with Turkey.

Push hard enough, and grindin' through that last layer can be real tough.... especially if that last layer has essentially nothing to lose.

Just sayin'
