Aruba strikes back at Motorola's patent claims

Will be interesting

I am generally averse to litigation, but from the information in this article
(I've done no other reading yet) it certainly sounds like Aruba Networks'
countersuit has more merit than the suit against them. Of course, we all
know that deep pockets buy better/more attorneys and that may offset the
merits of the case--hope the judge is tough and fair.

The "stop Aruba" link in the article reminded me this is the company that
Microsoft chose to replace a ton of Cisco gear. I'll bet that changed the
negotiating dynamic when Symbol wanted to buy Aruba!

This will be interesting, on several levels.
