The lie
Been talking with a few thousand techs conducting various experiments on Comcast - and they are definitely blocking and not traffic shaping as they suggest. It even affects Lotus Notes and several other team type office applications. Curiously some of the team type Microsoft applications are NOT affected at all - which suggests some sort of collusion on the high end with Microsoft - and some other companies as well.
