Comcast Bad?
For those who tend to think the bandwidth you are paying for is not provided, you maybe need to try satellite. Fair Use Policy kicks in way too soon, and I've d/l'ed updates at 2kbps (usually, I quit the d/l). Is that faster than dial up?

Prioritizing has absolutely nothing to do with the bandwidth you're paying for. I agree with the "under engineered" statement made-Comcast needs to substantially increase capacity. However, to provide 11 million subscribers service on a system perhaps engineered for 2 million would not be cost effective for them. I'd fire Comcast, even if I had to go back to dual modem set up. But that's because of all the one-sided "agreements" where you have to pay, notwithstanding that the corp doesn't stand up to their end of the bargain.

I did fire HugesNet,I was going to go back to a dual modem system again, but luckily I found a good wireless ISP. Cable and phone ISP's are not available where I live.
