COMCAST is making extra profits by NOT providing the bandwidth and service the customer bought and paid for. The customer buys a, say 1.5 MB cable modem service, he is entitled to get that service no matter who he sends what to or get data from either. IF this is causing data congestion inside COMCASTS network, it means the COMCAST network in under engineered for they data capacity they have sold and that customers pay or each month. This is short changing the customers in the name of higher profits, olain and simple
