And how many kiddies
do you know personally that are doing this? Maybe it is the yuppies downloading their 60's music, or their own pirated movies... Kinda bad blatant statement to make and shows heaps of prejudism...

That said... if someone pays for a 1.2MB speed access... THAT is what they should get, OR adjust the bill! Period!
