They were slowing down my Vonage phone calls to the point that I could not use the phone for 5-6 months... At first they said it must be my Router... but after looking up info on the net I found that they could do this. My internet connection became so slow once they launched their own VOIP service that it might as well have been on dial-up... Switched to bellsouth internet and having MUCH faster speeds. Oh and guess what, the Vonage service works With Out the a new router that Comacst recommended! All we did was change ISP and all is fine...
