ALL mobile phones have this capability
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that all mobile phones have the capacity to function as 'bugs' -- although the manufacturers are pretty secretive about this capability -- it is certainly there and used by organizations like the NSA. Google also has a nice little GPS device built into a flash drive form factor to record everywhere the device goes. Plant those two devices on someone and you're as good as 'there'.
