What do Qualcomm, MS, Intel, and Google (yes, they're next) have in common?
American companies making money off IP.
Euros want to abolish patents in general to make copying easier because patents go to innovators and those that don't innovate, whine.
Expect more of these intimidation inquiries and attempts to confiscate IP through the smokescreen of antitrust.
Its all just another form of the economic warfare the euros are so good at; no accident that the biggest winners here are Nokia and Ericsson.
