Yes, I know the TV broadcasters operate under a license. But all I see here is they are being forced to spend BILLIONS to replace everything and get absolutely nothing in return. (The number of viewers is not going to change.)

Further, this freq. was ASSIGNED to them by the same government that is now playing "Indian Giver" so they can pocket a few more billion after the auction.
