FCC approves some open wireless requirements

Penalized?: Right, lets penalize a company (the small LOCAL networks, out in the midwest, rural south, and similar places) for not comming up with millions to replace all their equipment from analog to digital, and the loss of viewership as not every famaily can afford a new TV or D/A converter.

Easy to complain when it's not your money, isn't it?
