How dare Sprints customers have issues with the service! Sprint is on to something, if billing or service stinks get rid of the whiners rather than fix the service issues.
I retired, bought a motor home and plan to do some traveling. I purchased a Tracfone for back up and love the service. In 5 years of Nextel service I never exceeding my usage time. Now I am now afraid I will be on the road and get a dear John letter from Sprint's customer no-service for roaming. I will call Sprint in the morning and cancel my service.
