Customer Service
Sprint says they cancelled Rene's phone service because she used the Customer Service too much! Last time I called AT&T (Cingular) the customer service switched me to 5 differant people , because none of them could answer my question ! They talk about costing $25.00 a minute for customer service . Maybe they ought to look at who they have who are doing a DIS-Service for them!
PS: Service never fixed my problem
