Switching carriers for the iPhone

not switching!

although the phone looks cool, sort of, and i'm sure it works, mostly. i mean it's really big for something i'd like to be able to put in my pocket. but i wouldn't switch to at&t to save my life. even though, as some have mentioned here, there are some issues w/ the c/s @ sprint, the actual service for which i am paying is great. i have been on the phone standing next to someone on the bus/train and watched them drop a call while i continue to connect, or driving across wyoming on i80 and get service when others can't. of course that might also have something to do w/ samsung as well as sprint, but still... then there is the cost. now i realize my a900 can't do everything the iphone does, but i don't care, it's a phone! that's what i bought, not a mini-laptop. if i really want to surf, i'll use a computer. i don't really hate mac, they make some nice stuff, and for what it is, it works fine. just like any other calculator i've used in the past. and now the iphone, does more, like pcs do. great! but i'll believe it when all the hype dies down and the second wave/phase rolls out, all the problems get addressed and i can use it w/ another service. but then again, like most mac products, i doubt i'll be willing to pay twice what it's worth to get something that doesn't do everything i'd like it to. now i'm sure some mac fanatic will respond and try to mac-ify me or dump on me, just like any other jihadist. but your religion doesn't suit me, than you very much.
