Switching carriers for the iPhone

Friends & Family

Seeing as how I've convinced the majority of my friends & family to switch to T-Mobile so that I can talk to them as much as I wish I think I would be in for a world of hurt if I switched! The in-network option has me hooked even though I haven't been stuck with a contract for 2+ years now.

T-Mobile has treated me well and everybody that has switched has been happy so I'll just hang on and hope that they get a phone that will meet my needs within the next six months or so. The only thing I don't like about them is their small selection of phones (in my opinion).

And as for Sprint ... all you need to do is deal with their customer service ONE time and you'll be headed for the door. The absolute worst service that I've received from any company in ANY industry in my life. They continue to pester me even though it's been nearly six years since I kicked them out of my life.

I previously had Cingular and they were great - my move to T-Mobile was a great deal being offered at the time. I can appreciate why many people are carrier agnostic.

BUT.

The in-network gimmick worked to keep me.

At least for now!

(ps. T-Mobile, please expand your line of phones - especially some with the candybar form!)
